About Dr. Anjana P

Dr. Anjana completed her MBBS at Sree Gokulam Medical College and Research Foundation,her MS in Ophthalmology at Christian Medical College, Vellore and DNB in Ophthalmology in 2024. Her professional experience includes being a Senior Resident in the Department of Ophthalmology at Christian Medical College, Vellore and a Junior Teaching Faculty at the School of Optometry at the same institution. Her subspecialties of interest are Uvea and Medical Retina, Cornea, and Pediatric Ophthalmology. Her dissertation focused on the evaluation of retinal and choroidal thickness in patients undergoing uneventful cataract surgery. She has also published a research paper titled "Effect of Intravitreal Ozurdex in the Treatment of Refractory Macular Edema" in an e-journal in February 2023. Her awards and achievements include being the University First Rank in Social and Preventive Medicine in 2016, University Fifth Rank in MBBS in 2016, Academic Excellence Award at Sree Gokulam Medical College from 2012-2017.
