Terms & Conditions

The terms of use include a class action waiver and require binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials. Some jurisdictions require registration and certain licensing and permits. The users will solely be responsible for all such compliance. Please note that the terms are subject to change by the Hospital in its sole discretion at any time.

Changes when made, a new copy of the terms of use will be made available at the website. Last updated date will be displayed at the top of the terms of use. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately for new users of the website or services and will be effective thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the website.

In registering for the services, the user agree to

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the services’ registration form (the “registration data”)
• Maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The user represent that he/she is
• at least eighteen (18) years old
• of legal age to form a binding contract
• Not a person barred from using the page under the laws prevalent in India, the place of residence of the user, or any other applicable jurisdiction. The user is responsible for all activities that occur under the account. The user agrees that he/she shall monitor the account to restrict use by minors, and will accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the page and agree not to create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than the user.

All claims and disputes within the scope of this registration process must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis and not on a class basis, and claims of more than one customer or user cannot be arbitrated or litigated jointly or consolidated with those of any other customer or user.
